Now that the rest of the teens from New York City are all going back home, Vanessa is the only one left at the Hamptons. Vanessa is trying to take advantage of this by befriending top fashion designer Bailey Winters. Nate is on a road trip with Blair and Serena. Nate is still debating whether or not to tell Blair he has feeling for her. Plus, with Serena along for the road trip it makes his decision even harder to tell Blair or not. In New York, Dan is spending a lot of bonding time with his father discussing books and book clubs. He hasn't been paying much attention to his sister, who is still off traveling in Europe. Jenny is starting to wonder what Dan is doing and is starting to worry. Why won't Dan tell Jenny about his book club or is he hiding something else?
